Full Access to Online Medical Records from 1st April 2022

If you use either the NHS App or Patient Access to book GP appointments or request repeat medications, you should be aware that from 1st April 2022 you will able to see all new entries and letters in your practice held medical records. In case your records contain sensitive information, you should be EXTREMELY careful about sharing your login details and password. For more details click on the following link
