The community nursing team consists of a team led by by Sharon Nightingale. They can be reached by telephone on 01223 726469 and visit housebound patients to provide a range of community nursing services.

They support families at home and in the community from ante natal / post natal period until children are 5 years or start school - from which point the School nursing team take over.
