Community Nurses

The community nursing team visit housebound patients to provide a range of community nursing services. Contact number 03307 260077

Health Visitor 

The Health Visiting Team can be reached on 3000 295050.

They support families at home and in the community from ante natal / post natal period until children are 5 years or start school – from which point the School nursing team take over.

School Nursing Team 

The School Nursing Team for City South are based at Brookfields Health Centre in Seymour Street and can be contacted on 03000 295050.
