Dedicated Prescription e-mail

From Monday 3rd February a new dedicated e-mail will come into use at the surgery for prescription requests.

  • If you need to order repeat prescriptions you can:
    Request through the NHS App
  • Request online through the website
  • email the prescription team on cpicb.prescriptions.eastbarnwellhealthcentre@nhs.net
  • hand you repeat request into the surgery
  • request your prescription face to face at reception

We hope this small change will prevent any e-mails being misplaced in the general e-mail inbox. Providing a dedicated e-mail allows the team to action your request quicker.
