We welcome patients suggestions here at the Health Centre and have provided a Patient Suggestion Box in the main reception area for your suggestions, where you can jot down your thoughts and comments for consideration. These are then discussed by the whole practice team at our quarterly Clinical Governance meetings.
If however, you feel that you would like to raise an issue that requires a more urgent response, please do not hesitate to leave a note at reception.
Recent suggestions have included:
- More pens in reception (we do try to keep these in supply, but they tend to go 'missing')
- Notification if a doctor is running late - an electronic board has been installed which will keep patients updated and informed with all latest developments
- Amendments to the appointments system - the appointments system has seen many variations over the years, with many tweaks and fine tuning carried out. We are proud that we are able to provide a same day reponse to patients who require urgent medical treatment or assessment.
