Minor Ailments Service

Did you know our neighbour, Ditton Pharmacy offers a Minor Ailments Service?  The service is available to all patients who hold a valid exemption certificate and also children over the age of 3 months & under the age of 16.    The service is your first port of call for all minor ailments and complaints such as:

Constipation and Paediatric Constipation

Indigestion / Colic / Wind

Diarrhoea and Paediatric Diarrhoea

Hay Fever


Sore Throat

Nasal Congestion and Paediatric Nasal Congestion

Cold Sores

Headache / Earache / Temperature

Bacterial Conjunctivitis  

Fungal Skin Infections

Nappy Rash

Oral / Vaginal Candidiasis (Thrush)

Thread Worm

Head Lice


Advice is provided by the Pharmacist and trained staff and a consulting room is available for privacy.  If further medical advice or assistance is required, the Pharmacist will refer you to your GP.
